The brief
A corporate conference and AGM needed a room that looked considered from the stage to the last table — coordinated colour, coordinated light, nothing left looking like an afterthought.
The concept
A royal blue and red palette carried the room: blue chair covers with white accents, red drape swags against soft curtain, and matching floral centerpieces on every table, with a separate lounge seating area for VIP and keynote guests.
The execution
Stage, lighting rig, drape, florals and a full reception layout, built and struck around the client's own programme and technical requirements.
